If you would like to request a test, please feel free to contact us by phone or through the "Test Requests & Inquiries" link below. At WaterQualityAnalysis.com, our analytical technicians handle all inquiries directly—whether from individual or corporate customers—and recommend the appropriate tests. Once the test details have been determined, we will provide information on test fees and shipping costs (for details on shipping, please click here). We look forward to assisting you.

- 2Placing Your Order and Delivery of Sampling Kit

Once we receive your test request, we will send a dedicated sampling kit along with an invoice. Upon receipt, please verify the kit contents and arrange payment.
- 3Sampling

Please refer to the instructions enclosed with the sampling kit to collect samples from the sampling location. If you have any questions about sampling, please feel free to contact us.
- 4Return Shipment of Samples

Once sampling is complete, please fill in the required information on the order form and labels, and return the samples using the enclosed prepaid shipping label. Please specify "weekday morning delivery (AM)" when returning your samples.
- 5Sample Receipt and Testing

Upon receipt of your samples, we will promptly begin testing and analysis. The time required to complete the process varies depending on the type of test. For details, please refer to our "Test Fee Guide." Please note that testing will commence after confirmation of payment.
- 6Delivery of Test Report

We will prepare the test report and send it via email. Hard copies can also be mailed upon request—please let us know when placing your order (an additional shipping fee of ¥1,100 including tax applies).
